Suzy has brought real financial discipline to the club since becoming Treasurer. All costs are closely monitored and the transformation in the club finances to where we were 18 months ago is remarkable. Not only this but Suzy gets involved in so much more club activity including the purchasing of drinks for the bar, food (for Herts over 60/70's games) and provides real value on the sponsorship side having set us up on the SNAP portal |

It should never be underestimated how much work DC does for the club. As Head of Cricket, he is fully involved in the playing side of the club with selection, communication to members, setting up the Frogbox live streaming. Not only this but he really is the go to person at the club sorting out the car parking, getting involved in sponsorship, putting up the signage etc. This year, he has always worked very closely with our new General Manager to ensure the club runs smoothly. |

Not only is he a junior coach, he has captained the 3s despite an injury that has severely limited his ability to play. He continually focusses on developing youngsters, ensuring others get a game ahead of himself, built a great atmosphere in the 3s and has been instrumental in prepping the 4s for league cricket. If ever one person personified club before self, it's Dave. |

The enthusiasm Dave has for cricket at Boxmoor is to be admired. He has captained the 3rd team for 3 years now bringing stability to the team but also embracing new players young and old. His work with the juniors is also greatly appreciated where he puts his heart and soul into ensuring the children have fun and enjoy their cricket. He has also helped coach the girls and covered for me in games when I haven't been around. |

Not only is Dan 2nd team Captain which in itself takes up a large amount of time but he has spent many hours (in winter and summer) ensuring that our junior boys get great quality coaching. He has helped increase the numbers of juniors participating at Boxmoor CC dramatically and this can be seen with the amount of boys who are now moving into senior cricket. |
