Senior Cricket



Boxmoor CC has a playing membership of over 70 adults and we have three teams in the Saracens Hertfordshire Premier Cricket League on Saturdays with an occasional 4th XI when availability allows. On Sundays we compete in the Chess Valley Cricket League and play friendly games against local clubs. We welcome new players of all abilities and experience.

Non-Payment of Fees
Any member of the club who is in arrears by 1 instalment payment or 2 match fees, will not be eligible for selection to play cricket. This will only be lifted once the arrears have been paid or dispensation by the Head of Cricket.

Team Selection
Selection takes place every Tuesday from 7.30 pm - teamsheets will be posted by 13.00pm the following day. To register your availability for upcoming fixtures, first ensure you are signed into the club website> click on your profile in the top right corner and then click 'Availability'.

Alternatively, availability can be registered by notifying your regular captain or the team sec (Ed Shaw).

We are always pleased to welcome new members to the club. Whether you're looking to get back into playing cricket or are on the hunt for a great social environment to support from the boundary, our memberships cater for all.

Senior Cricket Training
Structured club training sessions are held on Tuesdays throughout the summer (April - September) at the moor and winter (January - April) indoors at Choice Cricket Centre,  Flamsteadbury Estate, Redbourn AL3 7DJ.

Both sessions are open to all Boxmoor members (aged 14+).

Indoor Sessions will be held between 8 and 9pm on every Tuesday from 6th January to 7th April inclusive. A charge of £6 will be made - cash or card - on the day for all attendees to cover the cost of hiring the lanes.
