Dear Boxmoor CC Community,

August has been another fantastic month for the club, with huge achievements on and off the pitch! As we head into the final stretch of the season, here’s a look back at our highlights and what’s coming up in September:

August Highlights:
🏆 1st XI Secure Promotion! – The 1s are promoted and just one win away from the league title!
💪 Derby Day Double! – Both the 2s and 3s beat local rivals Hemel Hempstead Town CC on the same weekend in their push for top table finishes.
🎯 Strong Finishes – All senior teams pushing for upper-table finishes.
🌟 Player of the Month – Congratulations to Dave Harley, with 11 wickets in August including a hat-trick!
🔥 Junior Breakthrough – At just 14, Jonathan Hobbs shone for the 2s, earning Junior Player of the Month.
⛳ Vets Golf Day – A brilliant day of camaraderie and competition enjoyed by past players and friends.
👕 Club Kit – Don’t forget our AJ Sports partnership – kit available year-round!

What’s Coming Up in September:
⚔️ Final League Fixtures – One last push to end the season on a high!
🎉 End of Season Celebration – Including the senior Club Game on 13th September.
🏅 Junior Awards Night – Friday 12th September – join us to celebrate our young stars!
👏 Season Reflection – A year of promotions, strong finishes, and breakthrough performances for our juniors.
