Cricket is a game that at times we all enjoy, love and even sometimes hate - but it's also a game which is dominated by numbers and statistics.

So perhaps there have been games or performances and you wonder, 'is that something which has happened before?' or 'what is the highest ever score by a Boxmoor team?'

Well from delving into the digitalised data that we have available to us - be it from the club website or the Saracens Herts League and Chess Valley League websites - Aaron Hinton has now put together a whole host of records for the club, broken down by teams, individuals and overall club totals. They are available on our website: Boxmoor Cricket Club Records (if using a mobile device, it's best viewed on landscape) and we've also attached a PDF version too.

We also know some of our longstanding members might dispute some records as we sadly don't have recorded from the pre-digital era, but we're happy to update accordingly if provided the information.

However as it's always said, records are made to be broken!
