An important message from the club chairman and committee

We'd like to share the following information with all club members to provide some clarity around the bar and pavilion opening and closing times to avoid confusion and also to ensure that Boxmoor Cricket Club is compliant with local authority licensing regulations.

At the weekend the bar at the club will be open no later than 5pm and will close at 12am, last orders will be called at 11.45pm and under no circumstances will the purchase of alcohol be permitted after this time. In conjunction with this the club must be vacated by all club members and their guests by 1am.

Can we also remind all club members of their responsibility to leave the lounge, kitchen and changing room areas clean and tidy with an emphasis on all kit being removed from the changing rooms by the time the club is locked up on a Sunday evening. In line with last weeks communication on WhatsApp anything left at the club after 31st July will be disposed of.

Roles at Boxmoor CC are done on a purely voluntary basis, junior coaches, playing roles, grounds and all committee members give up time to ensure that everyone who visits the cricket club can enjoy Boxmoor Cricket Club and it's playing & social facilities so please can everyone make sure that club facilities and everyone at club is treated with respect at all times.

Any club member found to be in breach of any of the above may face disciplinary action which could result in the termination of their membership.
