Morning All,

On Friday 23 of Europe’s best footballing nations and Scotland take part in Euro 2020*. So what better way to cheer on a team which has no chance of winning the tournament, e.g. England, in the hope they defy the odds like Greece in 2004, than entering the traditional Boxmoor Cricket Club sweepstake.

*It’s 2021

Depending on the success of entries, the club will look to hold 2 sweepstakes to maximise money raised for the club, and potential chances of winning for everybody!

Entry to the sweepstake will cost £10 a team, resulting in a £120 prize pot split as:

£80 winner
£20 runner up
2x £10 for:
- team conceding the most in the group stage
- team scoring the most in the group stage
If either of those are tied, then a draw is held to determine who wins.

The draw will take place on Saturday night after the games at the club to determine who’s got which team.
