A date for your diaries.

 

 The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Pavilion on Friday 11th November. This is your opportunity to raise any issues about how the club is run and confirm who you ant to run it.

Please make every effort to attend, it's also an opportunity to meet and chat about cricket !

 

Annual Reporting

The following have (will be)  loaded onto the Boxmoor CC website.  

• The Annual Reports from the Chairman, Head of Cricket and Head of Junior Cricket.     
• The Annual Accounts and Report from the Treasurer.   

For this year's AGM we are giving you all the opportunity to examine these documents and raise any questions prior to the meeting. These will  be added to the Agenda and answered at the meeting. Can you provide the Secretary with all questions by 4th November. Questions can also be raised at the meeting.

Nomination and Election for Club Officials  

At the bottom of this note are the officials who are prepared to carry on their duties next season. It also lists the numerous vacancies. 

• Green - means the current person is prepared to carry on
• Red - Current person has resigned and position is Vacant
• Black - Incumbent is yet to confirm

If you are interested in any role, currently Occupied or Vacant, please advise the Secretary via e-mail by 4th November, with the person who will second you. We will also accept nominations from the floor at the AGM for vacant positions, provided the nominee is seconded.  If there is more than 1 person for any role, each person will be provided with an opportunity to say why, they should be elected. We will then hold a vote of members at the meeting.

 

Honorary Positions will be elected en-bloc. New nominations can be made by e-mail prior to the meeting by 4th November and will be considered at the first Committee Meeting.
