2022 is the 165th anniversary of Boxmoor Cricket Club being founded, and we want to celebrate such an incredible milestone. So on Saturday 10th September 2022 put Boxmoor Cricket Club in your calendar now as we have a special day lined up:

What's more fun than teammates going against each other? Well... you've probably heard of 'The Hundred' - If not, it's a new format of cricket where a team has 100 balls to set and chase down a score - well welcome to the first ever game, probably, of The Hundred (and Sixty Five) where, you've guessed it, each team has 165 balls to set and chase down a score with the same rules as The Hundred.

The bar will be open, and we hope to have a BBQ and/or other food options available, so even if you aren't playing, there's plenty of reasons to come down and watch.

For anybody interested in playing in the game, then you can log your availability on the club website now! Alternatively let Nick Cottrell or Aaron Hinton know.

18:30 Boxmoor Senior Cricket Awards 2022

Roughly an hour after the game we will be handing out the awards for the senior teams for this season. Hopefully you might be one of the deserved recipients - but if not, please come along and show your support to the winners.

19:30 It's Party Time!

No celebration is complete without a party, so after the awards are handed out, with the bar open and music playing, it's time for us to see out the 2022 season in style whilst celebrating the 165 years of our great club.
