Match report Boxmoor win on a wet and windy day. Naz won the toss and elected to bat. Brook got a quick 32 before getting out in the 7th over, with Luke only on 6. Along with Brook and Luke, Alex Humphrey, Alex Dukes, Mark, Naz, and Ravi all made starts but nobody could push on. A good team innings.

After the tea and rain interruption, The Moor went out to field. A very good opening spell from paceman Akmal put early pressure on, also helped by Prateek turning the ball at right angles from the other end. Dave Young came on, and off again soon after as bouncing the batsman out wasn't working! Co Captain for the day Aaron came on and bowled tightly finishing with a outstanding stumping from Alex Dukes behind the stumps. The best bowling display of the day came from the other end by Ravi which the batsman couldn't put away. Brook finished it off despite not wanting to take wickets, he managed to get 2 in his 4 overs.

Man Of The Match - Mark Hollis for a good batting display at a difficult time in the innings, and (forgetting a star jump drop) a strong performance in the field.
